In his work as an associate, he has led litigation efforts in both federal and state discrimination cases and in large-scale Class and Collective Action overtime cases. His practice is focused on employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour cases brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and corresponding state statutes such as the Maryland Wage and Hour Law, as well as discrimination cases brought under Title VII and corresponding state statutes. He is licensed to practice in Maryland.

Mr. Goldberger graduated from the George Washington University Law School of Law in 2021, where he took courses focusing on employment law, and specifically employment discrimination law.
