Anthony is an experienced litigator who has dedicated his career to representing clients in a wide array of employment matters with an emphasis on wage and hour cases brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New Jersey State Wage and Hour Law, and the Maryland Wage and Hour Law. Anthony has significant experience litigating complex employment matters in federal and state courts throughout the country as well as in arbitration proceedings. He has significant experience through all phases of litigation from inception through trial and has successfully litigated many bench and jury trials as well as several successful appeals on behalf of his clients. Anthony has represented clients in courts and arbitration proceedings across the country, including in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Washington, D.C., California, Delaware, Georgia, and Washington.

Prior to rejoining Zipin, Amster & Greenberg in 2022, where he previously worked from 2017 through 2020, Anthony worked at a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ employment firm in Manhattan, New York. There his practice focused on workplace sexual harassment and discrimination cases and he worked on several high-value and high-profile cases against some of the largest employers in the world and went toe-to-toe with the most powerful New York law firms.

Anthony attended The George Washington University Law School where he was a Notes Editor on the Public Contract Law Journal and a member of the Student Bar Association Elections Committee. Prior to law school, Anthony attended Felician University in Rutherford, NJ, on a full tuition academic scholarship where he was a member of the baseball and golf teams and was named the 2013 Student of the Year. Anthony was born and raised in New Jersey and currently resides in Saddle Brook with his wife and two daughters.
