Margaret Enfinger Pace is a Senior Associate with Zipin, Amster, & Greenberg, LLC.

Prior to joining Zipin, Amster, & Greenberg, LLC, Margaret practiced Family, Civil, and Appellate Law with the Law Office of Floyd C. Enfinger, Jr., P.C., in Fairhope, Alabama.

Margaret’s current practice is heavily focused on Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation, representing individuals and classes of individuals with claims arising under Federal and State employment laws.

In 2024, Margaret was selected to be a member of Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum.  Margaret is also an active member of Impact 100 Baldwin County, the Alabama League of Women Voters, and the League of Women Voters of Baldwin County.

Margaret graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2009, where she Co-Founded the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review, served as its Interim Managing Editor, and served as a Senior Editor of Alabama’s Journal of the Legal Profession.
