Charles Tracy is an Associate Attorney at Zipin, Amster & Greenberg, LLC, and is licensed to practice in Washington D.C and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Charles believes in providing zealous advocacy for his clients and prioritizing clear and consistent communication.  Charles’s practice is focused on cases where employers illegally withhold wages that an employee is owed, including overtime, minimum, and prevailing wages.

Charles previously served as a Staff Attorney at the U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit’s Staff Attorney’s Office, where he provided the Court with recommendations on how to resolve a wide range of appeals, including employment litigation appeals. During law school, Charles served as a student attorney at the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, where he provided legal assistance on a variety of issues, including in a wage and hour trial.  Also during law school, Charles served as a legal intern at several nonprofit organizations and as an extern at the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel in the Department of Labor and Industry.

Charles graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2021, where he served as an Articles Editor on The George Washington Law Review.
